By purchasing artwork from Napa Gogo Art, you agree to the following terms.

Original Artwork

All sales of original artwork are final. Due to the nature of fine art, refunds or exchanges are not accepted unless the artwork arrives damaged.

Please review all images, dimensions, and descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you need additional images or clarification prior to purchase, feel free to contact us.

Payment

Full payment is required prior to shipment unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. For commissioned works, a non-refundable deposit is required to begin the project.

Shipping

All artworks are carefully packaged and shipped insured. Shipping timelines vary depending on size, medium, and destination.

Buyers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Napa Gogo Art is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or incorrect addresses.

International collectors are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Damaged Items

If your artwork arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the damage and packaging. Claims submitted outside this timeframe may not be eligible for insurance coverage.

Copyright & Reproduction

All artwork remains the intellectual property of Natasha Patel. Purchase of an artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights. Images of the artwork may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.

Color Representation

Every effort is made to accurately represent colors in photographs. Due to variations in screen settings and lighting, slight differences may occur.

Right to Refuse Service

Napa Gogo Art reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion.
