Catharsis

Catharsis is a visual exhale—a release, a reckoning, and a reclamation.

Created over several months, this large-scale original captures the push and pull between control and surrender. Inspired by the sculpted floral facades of Indian temples and palaces, Catharsis reinterprets traditional architecture through the lens of fluid abstraction and contemporary storytelling.

Deep turquoise and emerald green blend in aqueous motion, creating a moody, jewel-toned landscape. Hand-painted linework—imperfect and intentional—adds a structural contrast to the organic flow of ink. There are no straight edges here. No tape. Just instinct, movement, and trust in the process.

A reflection of dual identity—East and West, American and Indian—Catharsis is part of the ongoing Indo-Nature Fusion Art series, where culture, color, and calm collide.
